Mint or "Saranae" in Thai.Thai mint leaves, are round, not thick, hairless, and slightly wavy. (Very similar to the mint used in mint sauces.) Fresh leaves of this plant are used on Thai cooking as a vegetable ,for a flavoring and garnishing a number of dishes.
